Collaborate with team lead to establish innovative and efficient administrative and customer service processes for increased sales and customer satisfaction. Established new master call log protocol that is organized and distributed daily to customer service team members. Input and process orders as taken by teammates. Send customized follow up emails to potential customers. Receive, log, and distribute 30-70 inbound faxes a day.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Excel, Mi9 Retail, Finesse, Zeacom, and SalesForce.

Received a high volume of extensive inbound calls from customers. Accurately and efficiently complete product orders to provide an excellent customer experience. Rectified customer complaints. Responsible for training new customer service representatives.

Updated pricing of over 2,000 products within company’s ERP program. Grouped existing customers into market segments based up need and revenue. Updated customer profiles to reflect accurate information. Experience in using Microsoft Office, Excel, and MetalTrax.

Nordstrand Audio - Redlands, CA Artist Networking/Builder, January 2016-August 2017

Corresponded with a diverse group of professional musicians for customer service purposes and to update the company’s website for content, accuracy, and search optimization. Assembled 50 custom guitar pickups a week, by hand.

RockHarbor Church - Mission Viejo, CA Youth Ministries Intern, August 2016-February 2017

Assisted supervisor in coordinating, preparing, and executing events for middle and high school students on a weekly basis. Responsible for making contacts with small group leaders and ministry group members in effort to relay and follow up on events, projects, and objectives. Prepared lessons and instructed youth group members between the ages of twelve to eighteen. Cultivated relationships with students to help them grow personally and spiritually.

Responsible for customer support in a high pressure and fast paced workplace environment. Responsibilities included excellent customer service, handling orders, rectifying customer concerns, and delegating responsibilities to other co-workers.
